- Your home will be visited daily. Each visit will
be at a different time of day to ensure security.
- As well as a complete tour of your perimeter area,
there will also be an interior inspection of your
home.
- If you have had previous problems or would like
more frequent visits, this can be arranged.
- Light timers can be set to ward off any problems.
- All Out-Buildings will be inspected daily

Your lawn will be mowed. All edges will be trimmed
and kept as if you never left.

Your driveways and entrances
will be cleaned daily.

| Pet Care |
Your pets can be cared for
in the comfort of their home. This will reduce
stress and relieve anxiety. We have a Registered
Veterinarian Technologist on staff and an excellent
working relationship with all Veterinarian clinics
in the area.

| Pre-Arranged Maintenance |
Such as furnace filters, light
bulbs replaced, check hot water heater etc.

Video Taping
- Your home will be video taped just the way you
left it. Upon your return the tape is yours - Excellent
for insurance purposes
Mail Forwarding
- Mail Collection and Forwarding: Your important
mail can be rerouted to you.
